**The Building**
Bells Apartments are at 39 Castle Street, Cambridge. They are in the oldest part of the ancient town: a mere 100 yards from Castle Mound and 200 yards from Castle Park: a 5-Star location: no need for taxis nor buses to get to the main tourist areas. The building is Grade II listed and has been thoroughly restored to exacting standards, preserving it's original character while meeting the demands of modern tourism. Each flat is self contained and has been professionally soundproofed. Every year the official Tourist board grades us as being "top of the 3-star" level (3 star superior) and yet we keep our prices at standard 3 star because a great proportion of our clients are return bookings: our best advertisement!

**Central Location**
The most important feature of the flats is their genuine centrality: just 5 minutes walk from the market square and main shopping area and 2 minutes from Magdalene College and the famous "backs" of St Johns, Trinity, Clare and the University library. If you need access to the railway station or Addenbrookes Hospital there are bus stops just down the road.

**Assistance**
Also important for our guests is our proximity to you: we live a mere 50 yards away and are always available to meet your requirements (or let you in when you forget your keys). Both flats are fully-equipped: washing machine/dryer, TV,DVD, Radio,CD,hairdryer and full cooking facilities. There is also wireless broadband.
These flats are used as short term holiday accommodation lets and are therefore exempt of security of tenure under the Rent Act. We also require you to sign our booking form which contains our terms and conditions. On booking a deposit of 50% will be required; the remainder to reach us two weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation we will endeavour to fill the time which you had booked and, if successful, reimburse you your entire monies minus a 10% or £50 administration charge: whichever is the greatest. Bookings will only be accepted from clients who are aged 18 years or older. We also ask for a deposit of £50 for the keys; this will be returned in cash on return of the keys when the client departs.
